What is a mastermind?

A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring concept used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members.

The concept was coined in 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book The Law of Success, and described in more detail in his 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich

The Social Bee Mastermind runs once a week.  We meet online over Zoom and each member gets to bring a question or issue to the group for help and support.   Having a network who are committed to helping each other is one of the most amazing powerful ways to move your business forward when you are working as an entrepreneur.

How does it work?

We meet at an online conference call once a week.   We spent ten minutes checking in on each others “win’s” for the week.  Then each member gets a ten-minute spot in the ‘hot seat’ – bringing an issue to the table which the other participants can help with.   To finish off we set goals for the following week.  Louise keeps a spreadsheet to record the wins, challenges and goals.  We also have a private Facebook group for sharing during the week and for Louise to keep everyone accountable.

How do I join?

If you are interested in joining one of my masterminds, please take a moment to fill in this form.  I will schedule a one to one call to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Mastermind Application

How much does it cost?

A 12-week mastermind costs £450.   You can pay in monthly instalments and a deposit of £75 secures your place.

Who else is in the Social Bee mastermind?

My masterminds attract women who are working in a service based industry.  If you are working at home, want a network to bounce your ideas off,  get feedback on your business plans and are willing to help and support your fellow mastermind buddies, then this is for you!

Don’t just take my word for it:

“To many of you Louise and I are competitors. However, we believe in the power of collaboration and supporting female entrepreneurs. That support is why I joined Louise’s Mastermind. The weekly sessions have made me think about my business. They’ve made me spend time working on my business and have given me a focus. They’ve also kept me sane! Being a small business owner is not easy, if it was everyone would do it. But Louise’s Mastermind has been supportive, focused and I have realised so much about myself and the direction I will take Copper Square. Thank you Louise and thank you to the rest of the fabulous business ladies in our group.”
